Terms and Conditions


The booking and utilisation of transportation services (referred to as the "Service") via the App (which includes, but is not limited to, Airport Limo's web mobile app, mobile app, website portal, self-service kiosks, counters and 3rd party apps/portals which provide access to Airport Limo’s App) and the subsequent fulfilment of the Service to the designated destination shall be regulated by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), which establish the legally binding agreement between you and ALM Resources Sdn Bhd ("Airport Limo").

Upon engaging in the booking process and availing of the Service, you are presumed to have read, comprehended, and expressly agreed to adhere to the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to potential amendments, modifications, additions, deletions, and corrections at any given time. Thus, it is advisable to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to remain informed of any alterations.

Additionally, you acknowledge and consent that any updated Terms and Conditions shall automatically replace all prior versions upon their publication on our App, without necessitating any further action from us. You are bound by the terms delineated in the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions accessible through the App.

Booking a Service


1. In order to book a Service, you must meet the legal requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions and be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Upon request, you are obligated to furnish us with your personal identification documents for security and identity verification purposes.
2. To book a Service, you may need to register your details and will be prompted by our App if you are required to do so. You are responsible to provide all information required in the App for the purpose of provision and fulfilment of the Service and to update your personal information in the App from time to time to ensure it is accurate and current.
3. When booking a Service, you must provide the accurate number of passengers and details regarding luggage. You acknowledge and agree that inaccurate passenger or luggage information may result in the cancellation of your booking, and we reserve the right to apply a Cancellation Fee in accordance with the Cancellation Policy outlined below.
4. In order for our Service to indicate and utilise locations accurately, we recommend that you allow access for our App to the use of the Global Positioning System (GPS) (Location feature) built into the system you are using for booking the Service. You are required to select the correct pick-up and/or drop-off locations before you confirm Service booking.
5. Please ensure that your pick-up and/or drop-off locations are accurate prior to booking the Service. Changes to pick-up and/or drop-off locations cannot be made once a Service booking is confirmed. If changes are necessary, you must cancel the existing booking (bearing in mind that this action may incur a Cancellation Fee as per the policy outlined below) and make a new booking with the required locations.
6. We advise booking a Service only when you are prepared to commence your journey. If our vehicle is left waiting for more than five (5) minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and we may apply a Cancellation Fee as per the Cancellation Policy outlined below.
7. A Midnight Surcharged of 50% applies to all fares between 0000 hours to 0600 hours (Midnight Surcharge hours).
(a) If you book your Service for travel outside these hours but subsequently start your journey within the Midnight Surcharge hours, then you will be required to pay an additional 50% of the fare.
(b) If you book your Service for travel within the Midnight Surcharge hours but subsequently wish to travel outside these hours, then you will be required to contact us for a refund before the start of the journey. No refund will be issued if you after the journey has taken place.



Payment Process


1. Payment for the Service, inclusive of applicable tolls, taxes, and other fees, is mandatory.
2. When booking a Service, you may choose to choose to pay using cash (only when using Airport Limo counter), Debit/Credit Card, e-Wallets, or other automated methods available on the App. The payment method used, shall belong to you and verified as required in the App or by the Airport Limo counter.
3. Full payment is required at the time of booking. The fare paid at the time of booking is based on the pickup and drop-off locations chosen by you. Any changes to the pickup or drop-off location after payment will be subject to our ability to accommodate those changes and may be subject to further costs.
4. For App usage requiring registration, it's advised to register a valid automated payment method beforehand. The registered payment method shall belong to you and verified as required in the App. We may verify Card details during registration and during booking.
5. If the App includes a tipping feature, you can enter a tip amount which will be added to the total payment for the Service and given to the vehicle driver.
6. Airport Limo or our affiliated partners reserve the right, at our discretion, to generate promotional codes usable for booking our Services, contingent upon any further conditions set by Airport Limo for each promotional code.
7. You are advised against making any extra payments to the vehicle driver beyond the total amount displayed in the App. The total amount reflected in the App stands as the definitive payment, and any discrepancies exceeding this amount will not be the responsibility of the Service provider. Our records serve as the authoritative source, and we cannot be held liable for disputes arising from payments exceeding the App's total payable amount.



Cancellation Policy


1. For ‘ad-hoc bookings’, i.e. bookings for immediate travel:
(a) you may cancel your Service booking at any time before a driver is assigned to the booking

(b) if you cancel after driver has already been assigned, you agree that you will be charged a cancellation fee of RM5.00.
(c) if a driver has already been assigned and you do not show up at the designated location where you are supposed to be picked up, you agree that you will be charged a cancellation fee of RM 5.00.
(d) if you fail to abide by the Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) set by the relevant regulatory authorities, including but not limited to, the number of passenger(s) allowed in the vehicle and wearing of face masks (if required), the driver has the option to cancel your Service booking and you agree that you will be charged a Cancellation Fee of RM5.00.
2. For ‘advanced bookings’, i.e. booking for travel later (at least 24 hours before the time of travel):
(a) if you cancel at least 4 hours before the time of travel, you agree that you will not be charged a cancellation fee
(b) if you cancel less than 4 hours before the time of travel or if you do not show up at the designated time and location where you are supposed to be picked up, you agree that you will be charged a cancellation fee of RM 10.00
(c) if you fail to abide by the Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) set by the relevant regulatory authorities, including but not limited to, the number of passenger(s) allowed in the vehicle, number of luggage that can be carried by the vehicle and wearing face masks (if required), the Driver has the option to cancel your Service booking and we will charge a cancellation fee of RM 10.00
3. After deduction of cancellation fees, if any, we will reimburse the balance to you through the same payment method used for the Service booking.
4. If you believe that you were incorrectly charged a Cancellation Fee, you may contact Airport Limo through the Customer Service link in the App. Airport Limo retains full discretion regarding any refunds issued to you.



Refund Policy


1. If you wish to apply for a refund, you may do so in accordance with the policy and process outlined here below.
2. Refund process:
a. Submission of refund may be made through the Customer Service facility available in the App. After submission, our team may get in touch with you to gather any further information required for refund request processing.
b. You will be notified as to the outcome of the refund processing.
c. If your refund request is approved by Airport Limo, we will reimburse you through the same payment method used for the Service booking. Airport Limo retains full discretion regarding any refunds issued to you.



Rights and Obligations


1. You are prohibited from granting permission to others to utilize your identity or user privileges, and you are not permitted to transfer or assign your user account to any individual or entity.
2. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance stance against assault, harassment, abuse in any form, and unlawful conduct. Malaysian legislation prohibits physical violence, verbal harassment, sexual assault, rape, homicide, abduction, threats, and coercion.
3. You must not use our Service for illegal activities including transportation of drugs and weapons.
4. You must not request the driver to exceed speed limits or engage in traffic violations, such as halting at hazardous or unauthorised spots.
5. You shall always fasten your seatbelt while traveling and you shall ensure that infants and children use proper restraints as required by Malaysian regulations.
6. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against theft, robbery, vandalism, or any damage to property. Any incidents involving these actions, including harm to our vehicle or belongings, will result in penalties in accordance with existing legal regulations.
7. You may not attempt to directly contact the driver or fellow passengers after the Service is completed. In the event of a need for such contact, including for lost items, you must use the Customer Service link provided in our App.
8. Airport Limo provides a “Lost & Found” service. However, we cannot under any circumstances, take any responsibility for property lost or left or assumed left at any time in our vehicles. You are required to make sure that you check and remove all personal property - yours and or your guests - from the vehicle whenever you are dropped off, including interim drops. We will not compensate for any losses suffered for loss of personal belongings.
In the event that you believe you have left any property in our vehicle, please contact our Customer Service through the App. If any property is found by us, it will be returned to our office. It will be your responsibility to recover the property from our office and any costs of doing so will be covered by you.
9. Upon the completion of the service, you will be given the opportunity to rate our driver and provide feedback. This feedback system helps ensure quality service and allows for continuous improvement in the overall experience.



Miscellaneous


1. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding Airport Limo. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with or for any delay in performing our obligations where the failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond our control.
3. We maintain the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, remove, or supplement any of the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. Additionally, we may cancel, terminate, or suspend your Service Booking at any time without prior notice. Any revised terms and conditions will be promptly posted on the App. It's important to note that if we cancel, terminate, or suspend your access to the App, you are not entitled to make any claims or seek compensation from us for any losses or damages, regardless of whether such losses or damages were foreseen or advised.
4. You agree to defend and indemnify us and any of our officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, brought by third parties, including the driver, as a result of your breach of this Terms and Conditions and your violation of any rights or applicable laws.
5. We shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you) in connection with the Service, the promotion of this Service, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.



Privacy Policy


1. Introduction
Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring your confidence in how we handle any data and information collected during your visit to our App. This Privacy Policy has been created to outline our practices and policies regarding the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of your personal data and information.
2. Voluntarily Provided Information
If you register for a program or service via our App, make purchases from our online offerings, respond to an information request, or submit any other online inquiry, you will voluntarily share personally identifiable information. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, we kindly request that you refrain from providing the requested details. However, you may still access certain parts of our App, although information may still be collected through cookies and log files. If you've previously shared personally identifiable information by registering through our App, you have the option to request removal from our active mailing list database (refer to the discussion below for details). Information voluntarily provided will be utilized for sending announcements about new products, updates, and promotional offers, as well as for fulfilling requested services or goods and enhancing customer service quality.
We uphold a strict policy of not disclosing, selling, renting, or sharing any personally identifiable information obtained through enrolment, registrations, or e-commerce transactions on our App with any third parties, except for our Affiliates, Partners, or Service Companies, as explicitly outlined in this Privacy Policy.
It's important to note that while we endeavour to ensure that our Affiliates, Partners, and Service Companies utilize user information strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy, we do not exercise control over their privacy practices or those of any other entities.
3. Links to Third-Party Web Sites
Using our app, you can access third-party apps through hyperlinks, though these connections may not always be apparent. Please note that we are not accountable for the collection, usage, maintenance, sharing, or disclosure of data and information by these third parties. We urge our users to familiarize themselves with the diverse privacy policies of the apps they visit.
4. Correspondence
We monitor and assess email communications that you forward to us. Any personally identifiable information revealed in these emails will be utilised and stored in a dedicated file associated with you. Since such correspondence includes data not conveyed through our App's operation, it falls outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.
5. Required Disclosures of Data & Information
Apart from sharing information with our Affiliates, Partners, and Service Companies, irrespective of any provisions in this Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information, with or without prior notification to you, under certain circumstances. This includes situations where we are compelled by law, in response to subpoenas, or upon the request of governmental agencies. Additionally, such disclosures may occur to safeguard our systems or business interests, ensure the safety of other users of the App, or respond to emergencies. Should you engage in or be reasonably suspected of engaging in illegal activities, we may disclose your personally identifiable information, even in the absence of a subpoena, warrant, or court order. Furthermore, we may share your personally identifiable information with your explicit consent.
6. Your Right to Review and Modify Data & Information
You have the option, at any point, to review and/or make changes to any personally identifiable information you provide during registration or any other voluntarily given details. Additionally, you can opt to be removed from our active email lists. To proceed, kindly send an email to info@airportlimo.my with your request, specifying either (a) a copy of your personally identifiable information profile, (b) updates or modifications to certain details, or (c) removal from our active email lists. We will make every effort to fulfil your request promptly. For confidentiality reasons, we will send requested profiles only to the email address listed in the profile. Please note that our backup files will retain copies of your personally identifiable information. We reserve the right to occasionally reach out to former customers or users of the App.



Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Should there be any dispute arising from your use of our App, you further agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
